In the top row you see on the left an area where no Bio Energy WaterSavers were used.

The middle pictures in the top row shows a direct comparison between an area where the Bio Energy WaterSaver were not used and the sprinkler needs to be on every day (left) vs an area where the Bio Energy WaterSavers were used and basically NO watering is necessary any more (Right).

In the top row, the right picture, shows the lawn again where only 3% of original irrigation is needed. The Bio Energy WaterSaver sticks are working miracles.

Take a look at the pictures in the bottom row. This area is near the Rocky Mountains and the summer is always very dry and hot. The sprinkler must be active day and night to keep the grass green.

February 2008:

100 Bio Energy WaterSavers where placed on an area of 400m². After the 3 month adjustment phase, irrigation was reduced from 100% in steps of 10%. Under these dry conditions and the hot temperature it was possible to reduce irrigation to 60% from before to keep the grass green and under good conditions.

Summer 2009:

Now tests were done with 40% irrigation the whole dry period and the grass stayed the whole summer under very good conditions. The water savings were 60%!

The left picture shows the part of the grass where the sprinkler in summer is used every day.

The right picture shows the area where the Bio Energy WaterSavers were used. The difference in the color can clearly be seen. The grass seems to have a darker green.
